Shipping Costs – We offer free shipping on all coffee orders within the United States and a small shipping fee for our merchandise orders. At this time, international shipping is unavailable.
Tracking Information – You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships, so you can monitor its journey to you.
Holiday Shipping – Orders may experience longer processing times during peak seasons like the holidays. Coffee will typically arrive within 4-6 business days, while gear and apparel may take up to 12 business days. Please allow the full estimated time before reaching out regarding your order.
Damages or Issues – If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please email us at shopnexuscoffee@gmail.com, and a team member will be happy to assist.
Returns and Exchanges – We do not offer refunds or exchanges on coffee beans and teas. To qualify for a return on other items, they must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
